5. Organizing meetings with partners on proposed cooperation projects and drafting cooperation agreements;

6. Participating in business negotiations, contract negotiations, and post-contract management;

7. Presenting the corporate image externally and establishing business connections with potential partners;

8. Continuously strengthening industry connections to seek attractive cooperation opportunities.

1. Master's degree in Pharmaceutical /Medicine or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in BD within the pharmaceutical industry;

2. Experiences in transnational pharmaceutical companies or overseas study backgrounds are preferred;

3. Familiarity with the entire BD process in the pharmaceutical industry, with relevant project experience;

4. Excellent multitasking abilities, strong project management skills, and outstanding communication skills;

5. Ability to adapt flexibly to changing business needs;

6. Good Chinese and English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and interpersonal communication. Leadership of cross-functional teams is preferred.
